The work this site refers to is one engagement: seven to ten days with a single brand. At the end the team owns an editorial digital system they can operate without me — palette, typography, voice, three editorial pillars, visual direction, and a 30-day playbook.

It is not retainer work. It is not freelance recurring. It is a single sprint, with twelve to fifteen hours of my time concentrated, and a deliverable the internal team uses for the next year. The system outlives the engagement.

Three brands per quarter. The selection sits on whether the editorial layer is the missing piece — when photography and price already align but the writing has not been written.
